“Energetic staff and members at a Congresbury hotel will take part in a 24-hour treadmill challenge to raise money for prostate cancer research. It will take place at Cadbury House Hotel, Health Club and Spa on September 4, when runners will take it in turns to spend 30 minutes on the treadmill each. The event is being staged to support Run for the Future, an annual 5km run in Bristol, which will be held on September 20 to raise money for Bristol Urological Institute Prostate Cancer Charity Appeal. As well as taking part in the 24-hour challenge, hotel and health club members can help raise money by donating their spare change in special Run for the Future envelopes.”
