CEI Acquires Fitness Entertainment Company and Announces Change in Management

“CEI (Cardio Entertainment Inc.) today announced that it has successfully completed the acquisition of BroadcastVision Entertainment (BVE), a provider of Fitness Entertainment products and services. CEI and BVE commemorated the end of the 1st quarter under new management by formally recognizing completion of Year 1 initiatives ahead of schedule. ‘We have made great progress since acquiring BroadcastVision. My goal was to structure the operations department to support existing customers, while adding product lines and customer support initiatives to recapture market share going forward. I'm proud to report that the infrastructure is in place at this point, a full quarter ahead of schedule.’ says Mark Blake, a longtime fitness industry executive who was initially contracted by CEI as a consultant, and then later joined the company as Chief Operating Officer with emphasis on sales and marketing functions. ‘It was a pleasure to hear so much positive feedback at the 2009 IHRSA show from both existing and new customers who have noticed the changes. Customers are pleased with the fact that we designed our new solutions to ensure compatibility with their older products and competitor gear like Cardio Theater, Cardio Vision and Mye Entertainment products. The market is also rewarding our wide selection of products, competitive pricing, and product guarantees. Many customers were surprised that we were the only Fitness Entertainment Company that had their own booth at the IHRSA show in San Francisco.’”
