Staying Fit: Majority of Older Adults Struggle with Weight

“Nearly 70 percent of adults over age 60 are overweight or obese, putting them at higher risk of diabetes and other diseases, according to a new study published in the Journal of the American Medical Association. Study shows relationship between weight and diabetes in older adults.
