Wii Exercise Doesn’t Beat the Gym

“Using a Nintendo Wii Fit may not be too damaging on your knees. But it’s also not that beneficial for your heart. New research shows that people who use the video game console to exercise are not at a particularly high risk of suffering an injury. More inept research. I can't wait to get my hands on a really fit fitness professional and kill them with my Virtual Fitness Wii FAB (For Absolute Beginners) workouts. They will be crying and crawling off the balance board.
