“Naples-based health club Florida Fitness Coaches is holding the final timed competition of its fitness obstacle course challenge on Saturday, September 25. The competition begins at 9:00am at the gym, located on Tamiami Trail in north Naples. The challenge started on August 16, when all of the participants were given the details of the obstacle course. For the past six weeks, they have been practicing the events, which include push ups, pull ups, mountain climbers, medicine ball throws, a rope climb, running, and much more!
