Technogym expert trainers will offer free one on one personalized fitness assessments along with exercise tips to suit one's health. They will explain and demonstrate to visitors the importance of looking at your heart rate function when exercising and benefits to your overall health. This will be done using equipment provided by Technogym and explained verbally. The activities on the days are in acknowledgement of World Heart Day, an initiative of the World Heart Federation and the World Health Organisation.
