TSI is a good value but to enhance their share price they need to introduce a growth component to their story. Low share price reflects anticipated continued declines in revenue per location; a reasonable assumption based on near term performance. There are opportunities for growing this brand significantly and if management can move key initiatives forward I would expect some bullish returns.
