Wisconsin Athletic Club, Milwaukee Athletic Club Announce Alliance

“Members of the Milwaukee Athletic Club, a longtime downtown athletic and social club, and Wisconsin Athletic Club, which operates six fitness centers in the Milwaukee area, will now have reciprocal access to fitness facilities at either organization, under a new alliance. Wisconsin Athletic Club has more than 15,000 members, including around 2,000 members who use its downtown facility at 411 E. Wisconsin Ave. The downtown facility doesn't have a pool or courts, and most of the Wisconsin Athletic Club members taking advantage of the new agreement will likely be those who regularly use the downtown facility. Milwaukee Athletic Club's 1,200 members and their spouses now will have access to fitness facilities at Wisconsin Athletic Club centers, including locations in Glendale, Greenfield, Wauwatosa, West Allis and Waukesha, said Lorenzo Vicini, Milwaukee Athletic Club general manager. Such new alliance is a good idea and advantageous for all members of the two fitness clubs. Here in Denver, most of the people want to visit the different fitness centers in Glendale. They are after of the updated facilities and quality service. They want to make sure they are fit all the time.
