Prior to DHL Express, she held executive positions with technology organizations including seven years cumulatively with General Motors, where she rose to CIO, North America, and CIO for GM Europe. Goebel was with PepsiCo Business Solutions Group, where she was CIO, Frito-Lay North America; Bell Atlantic where she rose to VP, Information Systems and CIO, Bell Atlantic NYNEX Mobile; and technology management and information systems positions with Texas Instruments and the ARCO Oil and Gas Company.”
