Adult Gyms Encourage Kids To Come Join The (Health) Club

In response to the prevalence of childhood obesity in the United States, traditionally adult health clubs have begun offering fitness programs designed specifically for kids - combining exercise movements, athletic skills and basic nutrition guidance with aspects of childhood that are familiar and fun.
