“Planet Fitness is opening its first Cincinnati-area location in Fairfield. The Dover, N.H.-based fitness company signed a 15-year lease for 14,000 square feet at Patterson Place, according to landlord Neyer Properties. The property was formerly known as Fair Plaza. Neyer said it is making interior and exterior improvements to the space, including repairs, improved storefronts, updated HVAC systems, repaved parking and signage. It is part of a 25-acre site redevelopment that will include an updated 60,000-square-foot shopping center, a senior living complex and patio homes. Planet Fitness is slated to open in September and employ a staff of 12.”
