Exercise In Middle Age Boosts Women's Health

“A new study out of Harvard finds that women who participate in physical activity during middle age enjoy better heath as they grow old. Researchers looked at data on more than 13,000 women with an average age of 60. They found that those who had higher levels of physical activity at the beginning of the study were less likely to have chronic diseases like diabetes, cancer and heart disease by the time they turned 70.
