Airport Workouts

“Do you want to relieve stress while stuck in the airport? How about getting in a workout instead of grabbing a drink or fast food? It is a healthy way to pass the time during a layover or a flight delay. Some airports such as Las Vegas’ McCarren International Airport has a 24 Hour Fitness in it. Chicago’s O’Hare Airport has an adjacent Hilton with a fitness center. But, if you’re not as fortunate to have a place to sweat out the time, there are things you can do with the items that make it past security.”
