Gyms Enjoy New-Year Rush

“Got a bit of a bulge left over from Christmas? A new year means new resolutions and that means Toowoomba residents are flocking to the gym to get fit. One Life Health and Fitness sales manager Emily Boyce said now that the ham and plum pudding leftovers have disappeared from the fridge, it was the time join a gym. ‘We certainly have seen an increase in membership after Christmas with 20 people joining since the start of the month,’ Miss Boyce said. ‘Plenty of people want to get fit as part of a new year’s resolution and we can help them with personal training, nutrition advice and tailor a program to achieve those goals.’ The gym has a special at the moment enabling people to join with a mate and save $298.”
